Monthly Love Horoscopes - September 2019
Despite the massive amount of planetary activity on the romantic front last month, the last planet left in the closing hours of August, leaving your romantic sector empty. However, you don't have that level of energy pumped into your romantic sector only to find the romantic spirit wane just because the planets move on. At one point last month you had the Sun, Venus, Mercury and Mars, all the faster planets there at the same time. This has left a legacy that is now your responsibility to maintain. However, this will be easy to achieve, with a little bit of effort going a long way. The Moon's return to your romantic sector from 24th September to 26th September will give matters of the heart a boost. A month separates the Sun's departure from your romantic sector and return to your relationship sector each year, so while the solar spotlight will always move off matters of the heart in August, it will always move onto your relationships in September. As is usually the case because Venus and Mercury, the planets of love and communication travel close to the Sun but not to the same strict timetable, one or both can arrive earlier. When that happens the gap between the end of a romantic chapter and the start of a new focus on your relationships can shrink to just days. And that is what happens this year, with Mercury returning to your relationship sector on 14th September and Venus a day later, on 15th September. Returning a week before the Sun, this gives Venus and Mercury a chance to get in first. Before the solar spotlight shifts onto your relationships with the Sun's return on 23rd September, Mercury will have already spent nine days on the communication lines and Venus eight days giving your heart a voice and updating your relationship expectations. By the time the Moon returns from 28th September to 30th September to create a New Moon on 29th September, you should have a clearer sense of what you want from your relationships and what they need from you.
Because the Sun will always spend the first three weeks of September in your romantic sector, this is always one of the most romantically charged months of any year. With the solar spotlight on matters of the heart and all things romantic, this is hard to ignore or escape. Not that you would want to. This year things are a lot more energised, due to the fact that every planet that will visit your romantic sector in 2019 are all here at the same time. It is a case of different cosmic schedules coinciding to create the most romantically charged months of 2019. The Sun will always spend the first three weeks of September in your romantic sector and Venus and Mercury will never be too far away. However Mars, the planet of passion can and does follow his own schedule and unlike the Sun, Venus and Mercury, who can only return to your romantic sector at this time of year, he can return at any time. Yet fate should have it that you begin the month with the Sun, Venus, Mercury and Mars all in your relationship sector, with every planet that will visit in 2019 pooling their resources. You also not so much start the month with the Moon in your romantic sector and more the fact that leaving in the early hours of 1st September, a New Moon in the closing days of August will graze the early hours of the month. Either way, this gives this stunning line up of planets a romantically charged boost from the get go. While Mercury will leave on 14th September, Venus on 15th September and the Sun on 23rd September, Mars will spend the whole month here. As Mars was the first to return this means that all the other planets will need to catch up, align with and pass the planet of passion. With the planets of love, communication and passion on board and tightly aligned, the first two weeks of the month are getting the most concentrated attention from the love gods. However, Mars will continue to fuel your romantic passions and fighting spirit all month.
There is good news on both the romantic and relationship fronts this month, though to start with it is all about your relationships. Jupiter's direct turn last month means that the planet of luck and expansion is now back in direct motion, is moving forward and due to leave in early December, is on a mission to make his final months count. This is all about either building strong relationship or building the foundations that future strong relationships can build on. Whether single, in a relationship or between relationships, this is giving you confidence and real support to build for the future. In the first two weeks of the month, this is where all the focus is. Jupiter turned direct when every planet that will visit your communication sector in 2019 was there at the same time and while they have all moved on, this gave this turnaround a head start. Mercury, the planet of communication and the last planet to leave your communication sector only left in the closing days of August, making it relatively easy to keep the communication lines open. However, the Moon's return to your communication sector from 24th September to 26th September will be a valuable top up. Where the first two weeks of the month are all about your relationships, things take a romantic swing on 14th September, when Mercury returns to your romantic sector. He is followed just a day later by Venus, the planet of love's return on 15th September, kicking off what can be some of the most romantically charged weeks of any year. This and Mercury's mission to give your heart a voice and to put heart and mind on the same page will be well underway when the Sun returns on 23rd October, turning the solar spotlight onto matters of the heart, as he does at this time every year.
While there are small signs of new romantic developments later in the month, the main focus this month is on relationship rebuilding, as the same planets that created so many challenges in the past are now turning everything around. June and July were challenging months for both you and your relationships, as a parade of planets moved through Cancer and into opposition with Saturn and Pluto, in retrograde motion in your relationship sector. You even had a solar eclipse in Cancer and lunar eclipse in your relationship sector adding to the intensity. Yet as first Mars then Mercury, Venus and finally the Sun opposed the planets in your relationship sector, it was to push home a need for balance between your personal and relationship needs. Mercury, the last planet to leave Cancer only left on 12th August, so this is something that you are not long on the other side of. What you would be hoping for this month is not to have a repeat of recent months and for relationship tension and pressure to continue to drop off. However in life, the pendulum always swings both ways and like day follows night and spring follows winter, to balance out challenging relationship times you have to have something as positive as the challenges were negative and that's what you have this month. You begin the month with the Sun, Venus, Mercury and Mars all in your communication sector and all at a friendly aspect to both planets in your relationship sector. These are the same planets that created the challenges in June and July but they are here now to help with the rebuilding. Yet because they were the planets that challenged the status quo, as well as working to give your relationships a voice, they are rebuilding current relationships in a more authentic and empowered way or are laying authentic foundations for future relationships. With Mercury, the planet of communication only here until 14th September and Venus, the planet of love until 15th September makes communication something to take seriously from the get go. Especially when Saturn turning direct on 18th September.
Things have literally taken a turn for the better on the romantic front, thanks to Jupiter's direct turn in your romantic sector last month. It wasn't just that this ended a four month retrograde phase or hibernation period and this gave matters of the heart the green light, with the timing having made a lasting impression that you get to benefit from. Jupiter turned direct during Venus, the planet of love's final days in an adventurous part of your chart and just hours after Mars left, with passion for adventure and the spirit of romance and adventure intertwined as the tide turned. This brought a boost in confidence that continues to make an impact. The Moon will make its first visit to your romantic sector since Jupiter's direct turn from 5th September to 7th September, bringing a valuable chance to check in. These romantically charged lunar vibes will also sense the forward momentum that will be developing by then, but also a growing sense of urgency. With the planet of luck and expansion in your romantic sector, this is your luckiest year for love in over a decade and while this has been on hold while Jupiter was in direct motion, it is now back on track. With Jupiter leaving in early December, the next three months are the most important of the year for matters of the heart. In the meantime, while there is no planetary activity on the relationship front, your relationships do have some real support. Where a Full Moon on the relationship front last month may have brought any issues to ahead, this is something you are already benefiting from. It is the number of planets in your communication sector this month that is making it easy to ensure the communication lines are open, which is key to keeping your relationships on track. With Venus, the planet of love in your communication sector until 15th September, the first half of the month is the most important for giving your heart and your relationships a voice.
Starting the month with Venus, Mercury and Mars, the planets of love, communication and passion in Virgo is doing more than giving your birthday month and new solar year a boost. All the planets moving through Virgo this month and that includes the Sun, will interact with planets on the romantic and relationship fronts, with different implications. Until Mercury leaves Virgo on 14th September, Venus on 15th September, the Sun on 23rd September and Mars early next month, they will all move into a friendly aspect to both planets in your romantic sector and the timing couldn't be better. For with Saturn turning direct in your romantic sector on 18th September, the tide is getting ready to turn. Yet with Venus, the planet of love only in Virgo until 15th September, her main focus is on making the most of the doors still open to the past and second chances. At the same time, no planet can move through Virgo without moving into opposition with Neptune, in retrograde motion in your relationship sector. While this might see your personal and relationship needs clash from time to time, this is the most important point of the year when it comes to getting to the heart of what you want from your relationships and what they need from you. Fortunately, you have the Moon moving through your communication sector from 3rd September to 5th September, creating an early opportunity to ensure the communication lines are open. The Moon will also make a timely visit to your romantic sector from 7th September to 10th September. This last visit while Saturn is in retrograde motion in your romantic sector is also the only visit while Venus, the planet of love is in Virgo, creating what could be some of the most romantically charged days of the month.
It is a given that September is a month when this can put pressure on your relationships, simply because this is when you become more empowered as the planets begin returning to Libra. This has always been the case, due to the fact that you have had the dwarf planet Eris, warrior princess of the cosmos in your relationship sector for the last nine decades. It is a given that as the planets return to Libra each year, one by one they will oppose Eris in what has become an annual check in when it comes to a balance between your personal and relationship needs. This is an advantage your cosmic mates don't have, making it impossible to settle. This year you have Chiron, the planet of healing in your relationship sector as well and still in his early degrees, as Mercury returns to Libra on 14th September, Venus on 15th September and the Sun on 23rd September, they will all move straight into opposition. Now before you run for cover this is a good thing because you have one giant, not so secret weapon. Just the fact that Mercury, the planet of communication is the first to stir things up followed just a day later by Venus, the planet of love was also going to make this a positive. However, for the first time in over a decade, you have lucky Jupiter in your communication sector. Jupiter is especially close to Eris this month and the two are actively working to give your relationships a voice. So to have the Sun, Venus and Mercury return to stir things up is playing into their hands. As the planets returning to Libra flush out any issues, Jupiter and Eris are standing by, turning this into an opportunity for a breakthrough. Before the planets begin returning to Libra the Moon makes an important visit to your romantic sector, from 10th September to 12th September. Coming full circle from last month's Full Moon, these romantically charged lunar vibes will unleash something Venus, the planet of love is able to feed on when she returns to Libra three days later.
While Neptune has been in retrograde motion in your romantic sector since June, Uranus' retrograde turn in your relationship sector last month means that all planets on the romantic and relationship fronts are now in retrograde motion. Yet a focus on the past is not the only thing that romantic and relationship matters have in common this month, with both being impacted positively from outside sources. For Uranus, while he is still in the early degrees of your relationship sector and therefore too far apart from any direct aspect to Saturn and Pluto in your communication sector, they are mutually supporting each other. What is different this month is that as each of the faster moving planets, which includes the Sun, Mercury, Venus and Mars, returned to your friendship sector last month, they all moved into a friendly aspect to Uranus in your relationship sector. This is something that is still being experienced in the early days of the month. Those same planets are already going on to form friendly aspects to Saturn and Pluto in your communication sector. While Uranus can't communicate directly, the faster moving planets are acting as a go between. With Saturn turning direct on 18th September this is important, with Uranus able to utilise his final weeks in retrograde motion to give your relationships, the past and unsaid words a voice. At the same time Neptune, in retrograde motion in your romantic sector, has the ongoing support of the North Node in an adventurous part of your chart, which became very real last month. Having all planets in your romantic and relationship sectors in retrograde motion makes the Moon's monthly visits an important chance to check in. You will have that chance when the Moon moves through your romantic sector from 12th September to 15th September, creating a romantically charged Full Moon on 14th September. Then when, just a few days later it moves through your relationship sector from 17th September to 20th September. It is while the Moon is in your relationship sector that Saturn turns direct in your communication sector on 18th September.
While a parade of planets through an adventurous part of your chart last month is gone, the legacy lives on and especially on the romantic front. It was having Venus and Mars, the planets of love and passion together in an adventurous part of your chart that created a potent mix of romance, passion and adventure. Yet it was a friendly aspect to both planets in your romantic sector, during their first full month in retrograde motion that brought a boost in romantic confidence and nostalgia into the mix. Those romantic forces are still there and they continue to keep the spirit of romance and adventure alive. With no more planetary activity in your relationship sector after Venus left in July, the love gods' main focus is on matters of the heart and all things romantic and that will remain the case for the rest of the year. However, in retrograde motion the focus is on the past, with a strong sense of romantic nostalgia throughout the month. The Moon's return to your romantic sector from 15th September to 17th September will be a chance to take a deeper dive into this. This will be the first visit since a parade of planets left an adventurous part of your chart, with a chance to tap back into a mix of nostalgia, romance, passion and adventure this left behind. Yet while the Moon's monthly visit to your romantic sector is a valuable chance to connect with the planets here, with no planets in your relationship sector its monthly visits there are even more important. The Moon will move through your relationship sector from 20th September to 22nd September and because it can't move through without opposing Jupiter in Sagittarius, this could push some buttons. Yet this is the monthly reminder you need, especially when it comes to staying on top of what you want from your relationships and what they need from you.
From the get go there is a potent cocktail of nostalgia, romance, passion and adventure that needs to be embraced from the get go. This is being created by a perfect storm, that situation where everything comes together at the right time to create something bigger than the sum of the individual parts. Because the Sun will always spend the first three weeks of September in an adventurous part of your chart, there will always be a sense of adventure in the air at this time of year. However with Venus, the planet of love here until 14th September and Mars, the planet of passion here all month, there is also romance and passion in the mix. This is not rare and in fact, they came together here in September 2017, two years ago. What makes this time different is that you now have Uranus in your romantic sector and as each planet returned to an adventurous part of your chart late last month, they almost immediately moved into a friendly aspect. This is the first time in eight decades that Mars has returned to an adventurous part of your chart to find Uranus in a friendly aspect in your romantic sector. So while Uranus has been here since March, he is being energised in a way not experienced since his return. This also just happens to be Uranus' first full month in retrograde motion, which is where the romantic nostalgia comes from. This combines to create a potent cocktail of nostalgic, romantic, adventurous and passionate forces, just as the doors have opened to the past and second chances on the romantic front. After some challenging months, especially on the relationship front, this is a gift from the love gods. And on the relationship front things are a lot more settled, with a strong partnership between communication and relationship forces getting a boost from a Full Moon in your communication sector, on 14th September.
After a rush of planetary activity through your relationship sector over the last two months and especially last month, you are now on the other side of this, with a chance to let things settle and enjoy the benefits. While all planetary activity on the relationship front ran its course late last month, it was a month earlier that all planetary activity on the romantic front also ran its course, putting both in the same situation. The Sun, Venus and Mercury will always return to your romantic and relationship sectors each year and there is always exactly a month separating the Sun's departure from one and return to the other. However, this year you had two additional visits to both with Mars, the planet of passion and the warrior planet of the cosmos making his first visits to your romantic and relationship sectors since 2017 and Juno, queen of commitment making her first visits to both since 2015. This injected a lot more energy into romantic and relationship matters over the middle months of 2019 that you have seen in several years and on the other side, you get to enjoy the benefits. Mercury, the last planet to leave your relationship sector only left on 29th August, so you begin the month with the means to ensure the communication lines are open. With communication key to keeping your relationships on track, you still have two planets in your communication sector and Jupiter, a good friend to your relationships over recent months, now in direct motion in your friendship sector. With all planetary activity on the romantic and relationship fronts now over for the year, the Moon's monthly visits are key to keeping both on track. The Moon will move through your romantic sector from 20th September to 22nd September and the timing couldn't be better. With Venus returning to an adventurous part of your chart on 15th September, these romantically charged lunar vibes will help her mission to bring the spirit of romance and adventure together.
The solar spotlight is always on your relationships at this time of year, due to the fact that the Sun will always spend the first three weeks of September in your relationship sector. Always has and always will. That you also begin the month with Venus and Mercury, the planets of love and communication here is not surprising and more often than not, this is the case. The Sun, Venus and Mercury all return to your relationship sector once a year and always at this time of year. However, this year you have two extra players and this puts a lot more focus on and energy into your relationships. You also begin the month with Mars in your relationship sector for the first time since 2017 and Juno, queen of commitment and especially to your relationships for the first time since 2015. While Mercury will leave on 14th September, Venus on 15th September and the Sun on 23rd September, taking the solar spotlight off your relationships, Mars and Juno will remain. This will continue to pump more energy into your relationships than you would normally expect. There is a concerted effort this month to not only get to the heart of what you want from your relationships and what they need from you, but commit to fighting to make it happen. With no more planetary activity in your romantic sector but the North Node, the force behind July's total solar eclipse and more eclipses to come still here, romantic matters are settled, allowing the main focus to be on your relationships this month. Another factor that make the planetary activity in your relationship sector this month stunning is that for the first time in eight decades Venus, Mars and Juno returned to find Uranus in your communication sector. The Sun and Mercury met up last year, but in his first full month in retrograde motion, Uranus is on hand to support your relationships and the communication lines in particular.
